CBS takes the evening, holding off NBC and Fox who came closest among adults 18-49.
CBS finished in first place for the evening with a 9.2/14 household rating, 14.43 million total viewers, and a 4.8/12 rating among adults 18-49.

- 9:00 PM and 9:30 p.m.: Two and a Half Men (10.5/15 HH rating, 16.58M viewers, 5.3/12 A18-49 rating) was followed by Rules of Engagement (8.9/13 HH rating, 13.94M viewers, 4.9/11 A18-49 rating) and provided another solid hour for CBS. Winning the hour among households and adults 18-49. It’s worth noting the steady and solid growth of Rules of Engagement. It seems like CBS has a hit.

- 9:00 and 9:30 p.m.: Girlfriends (1.5/2 HH rating, 2.24M viewers, 1.0/2 A18-49 rating) and The Game (1.5/2 HH rating, 2.29M viewers, 1.0/2 A18-49 rating) ended the evening for the CW on a low note, as the hour was down 14% among households, 12% among total viewers and 20% among adults 18-49 from the week prior.
